The complex can accommodate 14 guests. There are 7 bedrooms with 8 beds (2 king double beds, 4 queen double beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed). There are also 6 bathrooms. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Timber floors throughout and fans in all bedrooms. The very large combined family area and modern kitchen has 180 degree views of the beach and bay. The dining table seats 14 people. Bella Vista Callala is the furthest house forward along this stretch of beach so has uninterrupted views. There are two large decks (front and back) for sun at all times of the day or al-fresco dining with views over the beach at the front or a sheltered courtyard at the rear. There is a state of the art kitchen with food prep sink in a large island bench and twin stainless steel sinks. Modern appliances abound with a dishwasher and wide gas stove with electric oven (900mm). There is also gas heating and a slow combustion fireplace for the winter months. |

Separate to the main house there is a two bedroom apartment with combined kitchenette and lounge area. It has two queen double beds and one bathroom.
There is also a one bedroom studio (located above the garage) with a king double bed and en-suite and water views over the bay. It also has a bar fridge, tea making facilities, toaster, microwave and TV. |
A large central courtyard with grass area is perfect for al-fresco dining. There is also a stainless steel Webber BBQ (gas) for entertaining. The property is child friendly with the central courtyard secured with child proof gates.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars with ample easy on-street parking. |
Located within walking distance to a local shop (for milk and newspapers etc) and just a few mins drive to nearby Callala Bay which has an IGA supermarket, excellent butcher, baker, bottle shop, and newsagent. There is also a larger supermarket (Woolworths) at Culburra just 10 minutes drive away.
